Successful manufacturing companies are not always the smartest or the most innovative – but they are always better at execution.

Leading companies tackle disruptive change head on. They actively redefine their purpose and reshape the organisation's capabilities to meet the changing priorities of a rapidly shifting market environment.

These are the types of companies we work with – those that have big ambition and those that have a big problem to solve.

Advanced Focus brings a strategic focus to manufacturing and industrialisation to add value to global value chains via operations, products and services enabled by the successful adoption of i4.0 technologies.

Our experience and capabilities are a good fit for large corporate industrialisation and innovative hi-tech scale-ups. And we can also help guide government industrialisation policy and program development.

“I believe in using facts and data to communicate complex system change and benefits simply. I have a bias for action, working with my clients to develop strategies for growth and business improvement. This also includes helping support the organisational changes often needed to execute strategic operational plans.”
